Mike came to manage Garden View in April 2012, but began his funeral service career in his native Henry County in 1998. He believes personal attention, compassion, and details are important when serving a family. He is an active member at Bethel Baptist Church in Greenfield.

Paul has been a funeral director at Garden View since 2006, and also serves as the Regional Vice President of Funeral Operations for StoneMor Partners' Central Region. He is a member of the Hartford City Wesleyan Church and is the current camp treasure and past president of the Hartford City Gideon Camp.

Lisa joined our staff in October 2016, and is passionate about giving families the most peaceful experience possible as they say their final goodbyes to their loved one. She is a graduate of Delta High School and Ivy Tech Community College. She lives in her native Delaware County with her beloved boxer, Gracie May. In her free time, Lisa enjoys boating, relaxing by the lake, and watching Colts football.

Rodney feels the most rewarding part of his work is meeting new families and helping them get peace of mind when they plan ahead. He re-joined our team in October 2016 with years of experience in insurance sales and funeral and cemetery pre-planning. He is a lifelong area resident, and is active in the community through the Lions Club and church.

Steven Cook, Service Assistant

Steve has served at Garden View since January 2015, and feels honored to have the opportunity to help folks in the community and offer his assistance during a tough time. He and his wife, Sally, attend Center Chapel United Methodist Church and are charter members of the Hamilton Township Lions Club. He has been active with Lions for more than 25 years and currently serves as the State Chairman for the Lions Diabetes Committee in Indiana. The longtime Royerton resident also is an honorary Indiana State Trooper and is a court appointed special advocate for children working through DCS.

Joseph Durbin, Service Assistant

Joseph is a people-person, and is passionate about showing kindness to all. He started working at our funeral home in September 2016 after a long career in the automotive industry. The Indiana native attended Winchester High School, Indiana University East, and General Motors Institute. Joseph has lived in Farmland for more than 30 years and is active with Farmland Friends Church. He volunteered with local schools and was a radio broadcaster for more than 1,000 games. He and his wife, Pam, have four children and eight grandchildren.

Robert Good, Service Assistant

Robert joined the staff in February 2004 and feels that his work allows him to give back to a community that has given so much to him.  He was born and raised in Delaware County and graduated from Wes Del High School.  He enjoys genealogy and repairing tombstones and is a member of the Delaware County Pioneer Cemetery Preservation Committee.

Karen was born and raised in Delaware County. She graduated from Wes Del High School and has a B.A. degree from Ball State University. She was very thankful for the support given to her by the funeral home staff when she lost her husband, and she has a desire to support others in return.

Greg McKibben, Service Assistant

Greg joined the staff in May 2012 and enjoys serving the families with compassion and sincerity during their time of need. Before coming to Garden View, he retired after 32 years with Borg Warner. He loves spending time with his family; wife,  Cinda, two sons, and two step-daughters.

Jack Sharp, Service Assistant

Jack began at Garden View in January 2015, and enjoys that his work allows him to meet new people and help those in need. He is a proud Delaware County native and has lived in the area his entire life.

Rita Tharp, Service Assistant

Rita has worked at Garden View since June 2007, and feels fortunate that her role allows her to meet and help people. A native of Indiana, she was born in Laffayette, raised in Warsaw, and has called Muncie home for more than 30 years. She is married with two children and two grandchildren. In her free time, Rita enjoys attending church, scrapbooking, reading, and traveling.

Mike Williams, Service Assistant

Mike began assisting families with services since April 2010. Prior to his work at Garden View, he retired after 30 years with Borg Warner Automotive. He is married with three grown children and enjoys fishing, reading, working in his garden and spending time with his family and friends.

Trish joined the staff in May 1988. She believes in the idea of “paying it forward," and feels that serving families allows her to give back to the community. She was born and raised in Muncie, and graduated from Delta High School and Anderson College. She is a member of the Eden United Church of Christ and enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with family.

Terry feels her work at Garden View gives her a sense of accomplishment when helping others in her community. She was born and raised in the Muncie area, and graduated from Cowan High School. Terry and her husband, Phil, live in Muncie. She has one daughter, two stepsons, and three grandchildren. When not at work, her hobbies include sewing quilts and scrapbooking.

Melissa has lived in Muncie all of her life. She is a business college graduate and enjoys making jewelry in her free time. She is married with four children and two dogs.

James Davenport, Family Service Manager

James came to the cemetery with previous experience as an admissions manager for a long-term care facility which developed his passion for helping families. He resides in Ridgeville, and is a worship leader at Voice for Christ Church in Winchester.

Glenn Bailey, Jr., Cemetery Superintendent

Glenn came to work here in 1977, and has been an instrumental part in making Gardens of Memory a premier cemetery. His outstanding pride and dedication are reflected by the overall beauty and meticulous maintenance of the property. A native of Delaware County, he has lived in Albany since 1985 and is active in the community through his volunteer work feeding the homeless. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing.

Terry Bennett, Cemetery Services & Grounds Maintenance

Terry began working for the cemetery in 1985, and enjoys providing families with a beautiful place to visit and remember their loved ones. He was born and raised in Muncie, and graduated from Delta High School. He spends his free time with his son and family, and also enjoys NASCAR racing, golfing, and working in his yard.

Larry Caldwell, Cemetery Services & Grounds Maintenance

Larry joined the Gardens of Memory staff in April 1992 and enjoys that his work at the cemetery allows him to help others every day. He was born and raised in Muncie and graduated from Muncie Central High School in 1975.

Jason McCaffery, Cemetery Services & Grounds Maintenance

Jason has worked at Gardens of Memory since April 2015, and enjoys helping the cemetery's many visitors. A native of Hartford City, he is a graduate of Blackford High School and attends Calvary Pentecostal Church. His hobbies include fishing, camping and cycling.

Bobby Tracy, Cemetery Services & Grounds Maintenance

Bobby feels a personal responsibility in keeping the grounds looking great as his parents and his father-in-law all have their final resting place in  Gardens of Memory. He is a native of Muncie and joined the grounds crew in December 2007. He lives in Eaton with his wife, Denise, and has two step-children, three step-grandchildren, and a cat named Peaches. In his free time, he enjoys yard work and gardening.
